Combine Corn Harvester`s battery charging method and the matters needing attention.1. Rated voltage charging method: harvester`s generator for battery charging is rated voltage recharge. When the engine is above medium speed, generators to charge storage battery at the constant baltage of (14±0.25)V. At the beginning, charging electric current is very large, with the increasing of battery emf, charge current gradually decreases, when finish charging, charging electric current automatically reduced to zero. Due to the rated voltage recharge speed is fast, 4H - 5H battery can be obtained with itself within capacity of 90% - 95%. Its main shortcoming is for charging electric current cannot adjust, and therefore cannot guarantee battery is charged completely enough. 2.Notice of accumulator charging. a. The air should be unblocked when charging. b. No fire in charge location. c. Open liquid adding cover of battery when charging, and can't use high rate of discharge battery gauge to inspect single frames battery voltage. d. Note "+" and "-" extremely cannot pick up against While charging.e. First disconnect power when finish charging, then wire and battery column can  break away, prevent electric spark detonate battery.
