Process flow of operations for crawler type rice combine harvester

This series Rice Harvester is mainly used to harvest rice, and can also be applied to harvesting of wheat. The machine can complete cutting, threshing, separation, selection and other operations in one step.

The process flow of the field operation is as follows:

The dividers on two sides of the header separate the crop which is not cut and the crop to be cut; the crop to be cut is pulled over and guided to the header by the reel, and cut by the reciprocating cutter; the crop after cutting is pushed to the left end of the header by the spiral conveyor and conveying-supporting toothed plate of the header and sent to the chain harrow conveyor trough by the telescopic bar. The crop enters into the feeder at the front end of the threshing device in presence of chain harrow and enters into the feeding section of the longitudinal axial flow cylinder in presence of throwing and sending of the feeder for threshing of the cylinder.

The crop moves in axial direction from the front to the rear in presence of the threshing cylinder, the notch board and the cylinder cover to thresh and separate. The long stems shall be discharged from the machine through the straw outlet of the threshing device; the grains, glumes and short stems shall be scattered on the selecting sieve uniformly under the guidance of left sliding plate and right sliding plate in order to select the grains in presence of air flow of the fan. The grains falls down when passing through the selecting sieve and are sent into the grain tank by the grain conveyor auger. The light glumes are blown out of the machine from the rear part, and the residues not removed completely shall fall down from the tail mesh and enter into the rethresher by the impurity auger for rethreshing; and the residues rethreshed returns to the sieve for secondary selection.
