Brake assembly about Maize Cutting Machine. This system adopt machinery and static hydraulic brake joint principles, through increase brake master cylinder  and slave cylinder, act on clip disc brakes, to complete braking purpose, structure of around brake assembly is identical. The system also has hand braking device, and brake drum brake lining should keep 1 ~ 2mm freedom clearance in non-normal working state. Adjust of brake assembly. 1. Check oil in storage cup whether achieved 80% volume, or supply JG3 motor vehicle braking fluid (GB10830-1998). 2.When the pipe is with air, brake will be inability, open bleed screw, use foot tread brake pedal step repeatedly to eject air , until feet feel arduous so far (no bubble), install bleed screw. 3. Adjust adjustable bolt of brake cylinder and brake assembly bolts, make the free clearance of braking clamps to remain in 0.5 - 1mm around. 4. Adjust brake lever, make the brake pedal has 10-15mm free trip.

2.Cuting header you can choice,if you plant the row space is 530-550mm,you can chioce the cutting header with space 530mm,if you plant row space is 530-600mm,you can choice the cutting header with 550mm.if you plant row space is 550-630,you can choice the cutting header with 580mm
